Student Event Planning/Approval Form

The following Student Event Planning/Approval Form is meant to be filled out by the event's primary organizer.

You should have the following on-hand before beginning:

  • All details of the event, including date, time and location
  • List of bus monitors, if required
  • Depending on your event, any attachments or additional documentation that may be required as PDF or Office documents associated with the event that may be required for approval (no additional documentation may be required)
  • Your association's e-mail address and PIN to submit the form
  • Please refer to the Student Code of Conduct for further information and for possible results when the form is not submitted when required

  • **PLEASE NOTE: This is not a space booking website. However, when your event is approved you will receive an email containing a link to your approved event form. Forward this link to the person(s) in charge of the room you wish to book.
